In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), PAPT.AI processes and protects your personal data in the capacity of a data controller.
We attach great importance to your data security and take all necessary administrative and technical measures to keep the privacy of the personal data you share while using our services at the highest level.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and good faith for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving our AI-based services,
- Carrying out user registration processes,
- Responding to your contact requests and providing customer support,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations.
3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Within the scope of the purposes stated above and in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK; your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, legal authorities, and cloud infrastructure providers (domestic and/or international).
Third-Party AI Services
In the AI analyses provided by us, data is processed by being anonymized, and personal data privacy is protected at the highest level.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing, request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request deletion.
